Ok, after the youtube virious threat. I've been really curious. What other weird stuff goes on that might come from 4chan, if that did.

Just weird that they plan attacks on stupid stuff!

1) an English random image board separated into several sections where each section has certain rules that must be followed in posting images. While the board for the most part is okay with most of its sections (such as /v/), one particular section, /b/, is the reason why the site has the terrible reputation it has today. Most of the crap that happens in /b/ includes the spawning of memes, the plentiful usage of shock images, and on occasion CP (which is globally not allowed on 4chan in general). /b/ is not a personal army, but they sure as hell like to act like one. /b/ is known for antics such as calling Gamestops for Battletoads, bomb threats, and general website raids. Before the incidents with Bieber videos, /b/tards would phish for account information on Youtube, which would lead to many accounts being vandalized because the owners are either a) furry, b) sonic recolorers, c) general spazzes, or d) a combination of the previous three.
Sentence: When Heavy says he hates 4chan, he's really just referring to /b/.
2) the toilet of the internet
Sentence: When Joey gets diarrhea from watching a Foxfairies video, he goes to 4chan to relieve himself.

Anything can happen on 4chan, so you never know if they will attack YouTube again. (If it really was 4chan that attacked YouTube)

Well, what this one user/s did was go to a book shop on the opening day of the new harry potter book with a megaphone, and they said, "ATTENTION SHOPPERS, VOLDEMORT KILLS _____"

Well, as the resident Anon, I feel it is my duty to inform eveybody about the goings-on at 4chan.

Most of the boards are fairly ordinary. People post an image, with a comment, and people can either reply to the image, or post their own image. There are several boards, each with it's own acronym. There are ones related to sports, weapons, anime, TV, all sorts of stuff! Even THOSE kinds of things.

But then there is /b/. This is the Random imageboard. People can literally post any image they want on there and talk about it. Of course there are certain limits, such as, it cannot be any image that would be illegal, like child-porn, snuff-films and suchlike. But otherwise, anything goes.
Lots of times, simply due to a twisted sense of humour, members of the /b/ imageboard, known as /b/tards, like to form campaigns and elaborate pranks. These have included the Habbo raids, when they would block the way to the pools, announcing "Pool's closed due to AIDs", and jokingly accusing Habbo of racism when they are banned, since they would make their avatars black with afros. Then there was Youtube Porn Day, when hundreds of adult videos were uploaded to Youtube, tagged as things like "Jonas Brothers" and "Miley Cyrus".
And there was the whole issue with Boxxybaeb. She was a youtube who uploaded this rather odd video of herself talking hyperactively to the webcam. Some found it enticing, some found it annoying, and 4chan broke out into an all-out civil war, between those who wanted to find Boxxy and make her famous, and those who wanted her removed from the internet forever.
And, of course, Project Chanology. If you don't know about this, lurk some moar. But to be perfectly honest, Chanology and Anonymous has pretty much moved on from 4chan, mostly to Xenu.net and whyweprotest.net.
